Les Bleus reach the quarter-finals with a 3-1 victory

Olivier Giroud became France's all-time top goalscorer as they beat Poland 3-1 in the last 16 of the World Cup.

The AC Milan striker scored his 52nd goal for his country to overtake Thierry Henry, and he was also involved in Kylian Mbappe's second goal.

Mbappe scored twice in the second half to seal the victory, with Robert Lewandowski scoring a late consolation for Poland.

France will now face England in the quarter-finals on Saturday.
