Oilers take 2-0 series lead
The Dallas Stars lost to the Edmonton Oilers 5-2 in Game 2 of the Western Conference Finals on Tuesday night. The Oilers now have a 2-0 lead in the series.
The Oilers scored the first goal of the game just over five minutes into the first period. The Stars tied the game in the second period, but the Oilers scored two more goals to take a 3-1 lead. The Stars scored again in the third period, but the Oilers added two more goals to seal the victory.
The Stars will now have to win four straight games to win the series. Game 3 will be played in Dallas on Thursday night.
